Be Selfish!


Be SELFISH with your business. That’s right. SELFISH. Nurture it. Be passionate about it. LOVE it. Make it the BEST IN THE WORLD because of the great products and experiences it will bring to customers (translated: PEOPLE).

Your passion combined with the amazing experience your business will deliver ... well ... customers will want, no, NEED to do business with you!

They’ll NEED to be part of it.

They’ll NEED to tell others about it.

See, most businesses today focus on transactions. B-o-r-i-n-g. And that's why they don't grow. That's why many fail. Taking and fulfilling an order from a customer, followed by an invoice or cash transaction doesn't excite. Transactions don't build loyalty. Transactions don't build relationships. Transactions don't build business.


Be selfish. Selfishly protect the relationships you’ve built with your existing customers and selfishly look for ways to keep them. And while you're at it, you should selfishly be looking for ways to capture new customers... perhaps even "stealing" customers who have been experiencing "transactions" rather than experiences.


And that’s what will make you the BEST IN THE WORLD!


So go ahead. Be selfish.
