See, most businesses today focus on transactions. B-o-r-i-n-g. And that's why they don't grow. That's why many fail. Taking and fulfilling an order from a customer, followed by an invoice or cash transaction doesn't excite. Transactions don't build loyalty. Transactions don't build relationships. Be selfish. Selfishly protect the relationships you’ve built with your existing customers and selfishly look for ways to keep them. And while you're at it, you should selfishly be looking for ways to capture new customers... perhaps even "stealing" customers who have been experiencing "transactions" rather than experiences.
